Grounded in love, dedication and patience and woven through time - we are here to carry the craft of mead forward, into its next chapter - while always respecting the process, just as it should be.
Our Approach
It’s simple.
Our mead is always small-Batch and hand-crafted, guided by time rather than speed.
We follow the seasons and what is available close to home. Ingredients are chosen for both - how they are grown and how they taste.
Each release reflects the time, place and heritage that inspires it. We believe the result should always feel balanced, honest and easy to come back to.

The space reflects a balance of tradition and today, with a setting grounded in nature.
Please note that our focus is on mead and we do not offer food on-site.
